Synergize IT were embarking on a rebrand of their current marketing collateral, and had recently redesigned their logo and supporting marking material. They were looking to build a new website solution taking into consideration the new identity and products of Synergize IT.

The website was designed to provide confidence, understanding and bring new business to their new and existing clients. Using case studies, product information customers were to come away with a simple of message of what, why, when, where and how Synergize IT operate.

We worked closely with Synergize IT, learning about their client base and brand, and delivered a bespoke Content Management System solution that allowed them to edit, manage, and build their site as the brand and products grew.

Sprout Designs were approached to produce an identity and website aimed at prospective clients to be used as a point of contact, form of introduction and for current information. Using the wealth of photography, and working closely with the client the site was built to showcase the buildings and grounds and the stunning setting.

The website feel had to be elegant and classic, using the interesting photography and detail of the building.

Since 2003 www.artsinslough.org.uk has played a key role in the support that Arts Development provides to the arts community in Slough. Over this time the site has evolved and developed a clear identity. In order to keep ahead of web technology developments, ArtsinSlough were undertaking a redevelopment of both the back and front ends of the site. The new site was to sit alongside their sister sites for the Creative Academy and the West Wing with each site using the same wire frame structure, but having an individual look and feel.

The aims of the new website was to promote the work of the Slough Arts Development Team, including the services the team offers. Promote the work of the arts community in Slough, through case studies, listing opportunities and artists and generally providing information about activities and events. It is also to act as a first point of call for information for the community, to access resources and support for their arts activities and offer easily accessible information about arts in the community for local people in Slough, how and where people can get involved in the community arts & public art activities. Work with, for and actively develop the arts in Slough.

Working with the Arts Development Team and the Developer responsible for the back end of the site Sprout Designs produced a design that was accessible to current Standards yet with aspects of the handmade and creative material that complemented the nature of the site.

We were drawn to Sprout Designs primarily because of the quality of their own website, their reputation amongst colleagues and the high level of artistic skill in their work. We wanted a clear identity that moved beyond trends and that we and our arts community would not grow tired of. Sprout designs were able to manage our expectations and provide a solution that showed clear insight into our potential audiences. This was all done with a great deal of flexibility to our workloads and in a very short timeframe.

Sprout Designs were able to take us through the entire process, work-shopping our ideas before coming back with a selection of options and taking on board our feedback. As an arts team we have very strong visual ideas and Sprout designs were able to navigate through these, pulling out the most interesting aspects and putting them together to create a site which speaks to our audience as well as reflecting our aims.
 
Sprout designs were able to communicate clearly with our IT team to implement the site, negotiating between our ideas and the practicalities of e-government, corporate branding and accessibility guidelines. The result is a beautiful site that we’re very proud of.

The new website, www.rifcoelders.com has become a home for the stories of elders of South Asian origin. We want young people to talk to their grandparents, the older members of their families and their family friends in order to record and share their memories of coming to England and establishing homes, families and communities here. The website will become an online storage space for these stories, memories and pictures. Over the next few weeks, the website will go live and we will begin to compile the stories we have gathered so far and to help you to do the same.

Sprout Designs was commissioned to produce a website that would allow Rifco Arts to Celebrate and Archive their recent work. A simple content management system was put in place that would allow them to add new stories, and update as new work was produced.

To accompany and advertise the Rifco Elders site, a closed gate booklet was produced. Following the same visual style, a grainy vintage retro style was developed, using handwritten quotes and photo album layout

The idea of the creation of a ‘culture of fear’ is highly evident in the media; if you were to read any national newspaper for example – chances are you would come across the latest story of an incident involving troublesome ‘youths’ / ‘yobs’ / ‘hoodies’.

With such issues in mind Thames Valley Partnership have worked to deliver a change programme; a series of projects and workshops which have employed creative intervention as a means of tackling various issues affecting young people today in the local community.

Sprout Designs were asked to create a website that would celebrate the work that has been undertaken in these projects and workshops, as a form of archive and celebration, while allowing the team the ability to add to the site and manage new projects in the future.

In conjunction with the site, a promotional book was produced with some promotional postcards to support the site.

All outcomes played on the idea of ‘a different view’ and due to image permission rights, kaleidoscopic images were produced, creating abstract images that hinted at the projects and were backed up with quotes and case studies.

A truly creative outcome, with Thames Valley Partnership we explored different interpretations of the content to push the project forward to a visually stimulating outcome.
